Trivia

  • The trailer for this season dropped on February 22, 2018.[3]
    • A teaser trailer was released almost two months earlier, on December 31, 2017.[4]
  • The time-slot for the show was moved forward an hour for this season, from 18:00 to 19:00.[citation needed]
  • Dove Cameron and Sofia Carson will make a guest appearance in this season. They are going to sing a song from Decendants with the cast.[5][6]
  • Mia Jenkins from the Disney Channel UK series The Lodge is also going to make a guest appearance in this season. She is going to play a character called Emma, who is from England and is quite bad at Spanish, causing her to mix up her words a lot. One or more characters are going to have a crush on her.[7]
  • Luna is known to have two new solo songs in this season.[8][9][10]
    • In the trailer, it was revealed that Matteo probably wrote the song, and also will sing it.[3]
  • There is going to be a new group song too, which many think is going to be called either "Modo Amar" or "Sumas Somos Más".[11]
    • On March 16, 2018, the song was confirmed to be called Modo Amar, through a Disney Planet News episode. It was also confirmed to be the first song to appear in the season.[12]
  • The main cast saw many changes for this season, with Jandino, Giovanna Reynaud, Pasquale Di Nuzzo, Victoria Suárez Battán and Joaquín Berthold being added/upgraded to the main cast, Diego Sassi Alcalá, Germán Tripel, and Antonella Querzoli were fully removed and Paula Kohan was reduced to recurring cast.
  • Unlike the previous two seasons, Season 3 will only have 60 episodes, instead of the normal 80.[13][14]
